20x4 White on blue LCD

A 20 characters by 4 lines LCD module. The module has an industry-standard HD44780-compatible controller, compatible with a lot of standard software libraries. Very easy to hook up to e.g. a PIC, AVR or Arduino.
The display has white characters on a blue background.
These displays only work at 5V, 3.3V is below the required voltage.
